Know where you stand. See where to start.
18 questions across six dimensions. Your answers stay in this browser tab; nothing is uploaded, saved to local storage or sent with a consulting inquiry.

Start with what you know.
For each statement, choose not started, informal, documented, operating or unknown. An unknown is a question to investigate, not a failure to hide.
How the planning score works
Each of 18 statements can score 0 (not started), 1 (informal), 2 (documented) or 3 (operating). Unknown answers have no assigned score. The lower bound is the known total divided by 54; the upper bound adds three points for each unknown, then divides by 54. Both are shown as percentages.
A fully answered report has one score. With unknowns it has a range, which expresses missing information—not a probability or an industry benchmark. The tool suggests investigating the lowest-scoring or least-known dimensions first. No result is labelled “compliant” or “certified”. Method version 1.0.
